Why are some documents on request rather than downloadable?

Because the useful version of them is tailored. A datasheet that answers your requirement matrix is worth more than a generic one and reference material has to be cleared for the account it describes.

Can we get a security questionnaire completed?

Yes. Send it over. We answer from a documented information-security management system with the gaps marked rather than glossed, which is faster for both sides than discovering them at evaluation.

Is there a technical specification we can attach to a tender?

Yes and we would rather help you write the requirement than answer one written around another vendor. Send us the draft and we will flag anything that is vendor-specific.
