Connect camera networks, edge sites and public-sector networks. Tell us where your infrastructure and local presence can support a deployment.
Bring your local infrastructure, integration and delivery expertise to government and critical infrastructure programs. IREX provides the video intelligence platform and remains accountable to the end user.
The Model
Government programs often need a partner with an established in-country presence. That can mean public-tender participation, equipment logistics, field work, local support and certification. We define those responsibilities with you around a real opportunity, rather than treating partnership as a logo exchange.
Stays with IREX: the contract with the end user wherever legally permitted, the SLA and support escalation path, the product roadmap conversation, stewardship of customer data and pricing and discount authority.
A local partner may cover: the local legal entity, employment and tax presence, customs and equipment logistics, field installation and physical works, first-line local-language support and in-country certification and vendor registration. The end-user relationship and SLA remain with IREX, including when local law requires a locally registered entity to hold the contract.
Who We Work With
Connect camera networks, edge sites and public-sector networks. Tell us where your infrastructure and local presence can support a deployment.
Bring engineering, systems integration, field installation and physical works into a clearly scoped delivery plan.
Connect existing cameras and security operations, with local-language first-line support where the project requires it.
Provide local hosting and private infrastructure for customers who require control over where video and operational data reside.
Why Partner with IREX
The commercial opportunity depends on the project and the work you take on. We define each partner’s scope and economics together before bidding.
Government contracts and public-private partnerships can create ongoing delivery, support and maintenance work. Successful programs may expand across agencies, cities and regions, subject to each customer’s procurement and budget decisions.
Bring agencies Ethical AI governance, StreamVLM™ prompt-defined detectors and Ask IREX natural-language investigations.
A partner can contribute network design, installation, integration, hosting, field work and first-line local-language support. These service lines can add margin to the project; actual returns depend on the agreed scope and delivery costs.
Service providers can use suitable fiber or 5G connectivity and data-center capacity for camera uplinks, processing and hosting. IREX engineers size traffic and, where needed, use edge processing to reduce backhaul; the impact on subscriber services is assessed for each network.
Partner Requirements
These are the three requirements we assess before pursuing a public-sector opportunity together. A defined project, procurement route and active delivery role follow as the opportunity develops.
Documented contracts in public-sector IT, telecommunications, or public safety, plus the ability to participate in tenders and work with agency decision-makers.
A technical team able to deploy, integrate and support the solution. For IREX video intelligence, that includes practical competence in camera systems and video analytics.
A partner must not develop a directly competing in-house product for the target market. Your role should add local delivery capacity and expertise to the IREX platform.
From Interest to Project
Bring a defined market and an agency need, with evidence of interest such as an inquiry, RFI, meeting request, or demonstration request. We check whether the use case fits the platform.
Work with us to establish deliverables, a budget range, a timeframe and the procurement route, whether a public tender, RFQ, public-private partnership, or another defined process.
Identify the people who will handle in-country deployment, integration, field work, logistics and ongoing first-line support. We agree the scope while IREX remains accountable to the end user.

Tell us the markets and agencies you serve, relevant government contracts, your in-house engineering capacity and the local work you can deliver.
Because value in this market is moving from the software to the delivery. As more code is machine-generated, product advantage has a shorter half-life, while local presence, integration, certification and the service level a government contract depends on stay hard to replicate. That is the layer a partner owns, and it is the layer that is appreciating.
Where the data will live, whether the system can run with no internet link at all, which regulation the deployment answers to and who can audit it afterwards. IREX deploys as a private cloud on the customer’s own infrastructure, on premises or fully offline, and aligns with the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the FBI CJIS Security Policy. A partner who can answer those in the first meeting gets shortlisted.
Yes, under a Distribution and Licensing Agreement, which grants a non-exclusive right to integrate and bundle IREX products with your own materials and distribute them under your own marks in a defined territory, provided the electronic copyright notices remain unaltered. License fees are set per executed agreement.
Channel Partner Agreement terms, including the transaction fee, the eligible period and the fee tail, are set in the executed agreement rather than published. Talk to us and we will send the form.
IREX contracts with the end user wherever that is legally possible and is direct about that from the first conversation rather than after. What a partner keeps is clearly scoped and the boundary is the same in every territory, so nobody is surprised later.
The relationship with the agency is what survives it. IREX contracts with the end user wherever that is legally possible and says so from the first conversation, and what a partner keeps — local delivery, integration, support and the functions that need a local entity — is scoped in the agreement rather than left to custom. That scope is the durable part, not the license line.
The ecosystem is certified rather than open and it exists to fill capability gaps: hardware, hosting, integration and analytics. Tell us what you would extend and we will say whether there is a gap it fits.
Tender and RFI responses, security questionnaires, deployment plans and partner-facing documentation are agent-assisted at IREX, drafted from one maintained knowledge base and reviewed by a named human before release. A two-person local team can answer a national tender without writing our half of the paperwork twice. Ask for the material rather than rebuilding it.
