IREX Teams Up With Million Kids To Help Find Missing Or Run-away Teens & More
IREX & Million Kids are dedicated to a collaboration of expertise & AI in the fight against Human Trafficking
San Diego, California – January 25, 2022: IREX is excited to announce a long-term strategic partnership with Million Kids in joint efforts to combat Human Trafficking. Million Kids is a dedicated organization to preventing sex trafficking, child pornography and sextortion. Million Kids crucially provides intervention assistance and works with Law Enforcement to help find missing or run-away teens – something our collaboration will focus on.
Million Kids President & CEO, Opal Singleton speaks of her organization and on the partnership with IREX: “Advanced Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and post incidence facial recognition can be critical assets in helping to identify victims of child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) and minor sex trafficking. IREX has created cutting edge tools for law enforcement that will digitally identify and classify exploitation, saving law enforcement thousands of hours of viewing disturbing images related to CSAM investigations.”
Singleton continues:
“After reviewing the IREX’s AI platform capabilities, this software could be an exciting breakthrough when used by law enforcement to identify thousands of victims of child exploitation that has never before been possible. Additionally, as the IREX technology is customized to specific needs, their AI software capability could greatly accelerate the ability for law enforcement to identify locations of specific crime environments involved in online exploitation cases.”
