The Documentation Is Public

You should be able to evaluate a public-safety platform without booking a call first. Everything an operator, an administrator or an integrator needs is on the documentation portal.

FAQ

No. The portal is public.

Where are the release notes?

On the documentation portal, per version, organized by frontend, backend and where relevant mobile, web platform or infrastructure. Versioning is MAJOR.MINOR.

Is there an API?

Yes, an open API with its own guide and integration tutorials, published so partners and cities can build a wider digital ecosystem around the platform.

How are upgrades handled?

By IREX DevOps in coordination with you: the contents and implications are shared, a window is agreed, users are notified, and the documented functionality tests are repeated afterwards. No action is required on the client side.
