Two Founders, and about a Hundred People
Calvin Yadav, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, is a global strategist across public-safety technology, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs, AI and IoT ventures, and critical infrastructure. He is the executive sponsor on every IREX engagement.
Nik Ptitsyn, PhD, Co-Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer, is a computer scientist and serial founder with a doctorate in machine learning and cryptography, more than 50 peer-reviewed publications, and more than 10 granted patents in computer vision. He leads product and engineering direction.
The wider organization is about 100 people worldwide, including more than 50 engineers and data scientists, with executive leadership in the United States, Andorra and the UAE and regional delivery teams across Latin America and Europe.

Regional business development and technical leads, including dedicated Latin America coverage, plus public-sector partnerships.

Independent advisors on ethics and compliance, partnerships, and investment. Advisors are not full-time IREX personnel and are never presented as committed key personnel.

A Head of Public Relations runs media relations, social and video production with a team of more than ten.

Who is the executive sponsor on a deployment?
The CEO, Calvin Yadav, is the executive sponsor on every IREX engagement. Day-to-day delivery ownership sits with the Director of Operations and Deployment.
Are your advisors part of the delivery team?
No, and we are careful about this. Advisors are independent and not full-time IREX personnel, and they are never presented as directors or as committed key personnel in a bid.
Where is the team based?
Headquarters is Murrieta, California, with a distributed team of about 100 people: executive leadership in the United States, Andorra and the UAE, and regional delivery teams across Latin America and Europe.
