نعم. يحتفظ العملاء بملكيةٍ وتحكّمٍ كاملَين (100%) في بياناتهم؛ ولا تملك IREX ولا تصل إلى فيديو العميل أو أحداثه أو سجلّاته أو مخطّطاته.
