How much does technical support cost?

With a monthly subscription – technical support is provided free of charge (already included in the monthly subscription price). With a one-time purchase of licenses – technical support is provided free of charge for the first 12 months from the date of sale. For the next 12 months (after 1 year) the cost of technical support is 15% of the initial cost of the IREX license.
