IREX is a multi-tenant platform that enables multiple organizations to use the shared city infrastructure. For example, cameras and databases can be securely shared among multiple organizations including local City Government, First Responders, Transit Departments, Critical Infrastructure, and more.
The following entities can be assigned to users and user groups:
Video cameras and other sensors
Alarm monitors and Searchveillance™ presets
Buildings and floor plans
Person and vehicle lists
IREX supports permission hierarchy and inheritance with unlimited levels. The hierarchy may correspond to the city administration structure, e.g. departments, offices, and services.
