Demo: PTZ Camera Control from the IREX Smart City Platform

IREX integrates PTZ cameras from popular brands including Axis, Pelco, and Bosch. From the IREX web interface, users can pan, tilt, and zoom cameras using a mouse or gestures. The home positioning is also supported.

IREX Media Player has a small latency under 100 ms to enable intuitive camera control.

IREX can run 20+ AI modules on any PTZ cameras, for example:

NIST-rated face recognition and appearance search
License plate recognition and traffic analytics
Crowd management analytics
Intrusion detection for perimeter security

The recommended integration protocol is ONVIF Profile S.
